I see the +/- buttons, I have changed it but don't hear anything still. I have tried checking and unchecking all the options w/in settings. Also, I did make sure my account online connects on the computer!!!

Device master volume, and make sure you aren't on silent profile.

Press the plus and minus keys on the application.
You can also try and check use the visible Mediaplayer.

Everything seems to be working, I can change the channels and see the title of the song playing, just can't hear anything... I can press the volume from 0 to 100 but nothing...

Working now. I unchecked all the options except the CD Quality Stream...

When you check use visible Mediaplayer in settings then Windows media player will open in a seperate window. When you press connect a few seconds later Windows media player open then SiriusWM6 goes to the foreground covering up the player.

Verify the Windows Media Player opens when the visible Mediaplayer option is checked.

Fixed with the latest update.
Looks like you had TCPMP checked but not installed in the default directory.

I just installed it on my tilt w/ WM6.1. It seems to be connecting and streaming the channels, but I can't hear anything??? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have the same problem from time to time and its usually my fault. Not the program's. Check things like your bluetooth. On mine sound is going to a bluetooth receiver somewhere. I have Stereo bluetooth and headset bluetooth. Both can grab the sound. Another strange thing is each time my Treo Pro WM6.1 starts the BT the volume is on 0 (again). I have to keep an eye on that. This in not a SiriusWM6 problem for me. Try turning all your BT services off. Probably isnt your problem but it might help.

Getting this error with the new program

"An Unknown error 0X8007007A has occurred."

I am running WM 6.1 on a BlackJackII
Sirius WM5 worked perfectly until the change at Sirius.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
